(BESPOKE® — 01)

Bespoke and Made to Order Jewellery

All bespoke and made to order pieces are individually designed and crafted specifically for you. As a result, all bespoke orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun. Minor variations in finish, stone characteristics, or handcrafted details are a natural part of thebespoke process and are not considered faults.

Consultation & Approval

Designs, specifications, and ring sizes are confirmed with you before production begins. Once written approval is given, changes may not be possible and may incur additional costs. It is your responsibility to
review and approve all design details carefully prior to manufacture.

Sizing Policy

Complimentary resizing is offered on bespoke rings for six months from the date of collection or delivery. This includes resizing up to four sizes larger or down any number of sizes, subject to design and
structural suitability. After six months, or outside these limits, resizing may be possible at an additional cost. Some designs, stones, or settings may limit how much resizing can be safely done. Sizing beyond these parameters, or requests made after the six month period, are not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

No returns or refunds are accepted on bespoke or custom made pieces. Ready to wear items, if offered, may be subject to separate return conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
